Quick, Easy, Health and oh so YUMMY Breakfast! A busy Mama's Dream!........

Quick, easy, healthy and OH SO YUMMY breakfast!  Not to mention it's also one of the easiest recipes to remember. Whole wheat German pancakes! YUM! We make this in out blender, it mixes it up nicely. We have a vita-mix and I can put a double recipe in it. The following recipe is for 1 batch, and will fit in 1 glass 9x11 casserole dish.
