and that's why we don't eat sugar.....

  1. ok...that was freaky. but how does one go about cutting out sugar from your diet, and what about fruits and things? almost everything has SOME sugar in it. I WANT to eat better, but seriously, I'm at a loss as to how to go about doing so on our very limited food budget.

  2. I've been wanting to cut sugar out but haven't taken the plunge. This video was amazing. Wow! So how did you do it? Just cut it out completely? I'd love to know how it works for you and your family when you have time to share more on it. I'll look back and see if some of your other posts talk about it too.
    Thank you,
    Isabel

  4. Sugar is scary but I wonder what the blood looks like after a healthy meal. I about got sick when he said that that was what most mothers would be happy to feed their children.
